MOD-Land offers free shipping to all of the United States. We use United States Postal Service and FedEx to deliver our order. Note: Some areas cannot be delivered, such as Alaska, Hawaii, and other American Islands. If you are in these areas, please contact us before ordering.
Our products are sold exclusively in the United States and shipped from there. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days if placed between Monday 8 am to Friday 5 pm, and orders placed on Friday after 5 pm or during U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day. U.S. holidays include, but are not limited to: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, etc.
Most items are shipped within 2-5 business days, but delivery times may vary based on your location. During major shopping festivals such as Black Friday or in case of adverse weather conditions, there may be some pressure on transportation, and delivery times could be delayed by 3-7 business days. Your delivery confirmation email will contain your tracking number and order details. You can go to the logistics website to check the progress of delivery.
Our goal is to maintain our normal shipping times throughout the year. Despite our best efforts, we occasionally experience unexpected shipping delays. In the event we have a delay, we will make every effort to return to normal shipping times as quickly as possible.
